So today we were doing CoF and our instance owner was a jerk and left after we killed boss but before we got the reward.

How do i report this effectively or do i just put in a simple report log for scamming?

I just had the same thing happen to my party and I after completing CoF story mode just a few minutes ago. A few seconds or quite possibly just one second b4 receiving our reward the owner leaves removing us from OUR dungeon and screwing all of us out of an hours worth of work. How is that OK? They claimed to have not meant to do it but it doesn’t matter to me. where is the safety net for this clearly flawed system? why not pass ownership to the next person in party or something. Please fix this. The original dungeon starter shouldn’t be anymore annoying to replace just because they started the dungeon. It’s just wrong to force a party to restart just because the dungeon owner made a bad choice or is a troll

They know about this issue and are looking into ways to fix it.

If someone is leaving the instance to grief people, they can be reported in game.

It is possible that someone wasn’t aware of the mechanics involved and accidentally left the instance before everyone received their rewards. I wouldn’t report that guy.

i don’t think it is against the rules to leave a party !

Hands up I made mistakes and left one party high and dry once in COF. I was hardly being malicious, I simply forgot I was the instance starter and was in a rush. By the time I realized my mistake it was too late.

I also screwed a Fractals party (low level thankfully) once by pressing the exit button because the daily chest was taking so long to appear and I had been farming COF path 1 prior to the Fracts. Majority of the party pressed ready as well though.
