my guild group has gotten good at taking him down but today we’re having trouble and we have noticed some of the mechanics have been wonking out.
-Fixation change after green circles, they are only suppost to change after you break the boss
-fixation is targeting people constantly across the room resulting in the fixation paths crossing, normally they seem to fixate more likely on people close to the spawn
-the orb retrievers seem to be grabbing the orb from farther away
-orb sometimes only goes half the distance it’s suppost to
-sometimes KC after orb phase spawns where he was last instead of in the center.

Anyone else notice any of these

Never mind, the issues resolved themselfs when we left and refreshed the instance.

The whole of w3 is still riddled with bugs and yes this includes KC.

The fixation change when green circles spawn may or may not be a bug, but it is consistent (i.e. happens 100% of the time) so it is easy to prepare for.

Fixation targeting people across the room is just bad luck. Note that this can also be mitigated by not taking too long to kill the ghosts.

I can’t comment on the issues relating to the orb as I have not experienced them.

KC spawning in the wrong place is definitely a bug and I have encountered it a few times. I’m not sure how to replicate it unfortunately.

A way a guildie said to replicate it is have him phase in the middle of jumping into the air for a slam as he will finish the jump targeting code and land there again after orb phase finishes.

The rest I do not see as bugs for kc fight.

Did KC yesterday and sometimes the Orb would not move at all. It was really buggy in general.
We went out and refreshed the instance and it was a little bit better after.

There is more to it than this because we have phased him as he jumps many times (including yesterday) and despite our panicking it only rarely results in him landing in the wrong place. It could be that it has to be at a very specific part of the jump.

Now that you mention it I have encountered this bug as well. Orb was unable to be moved by all players, so we rezoned and everything was fine. Not too awful if you know about it but it could be very frustrating for newer groups lol.
