Itzel poison is an item you need to collect the item “Spirit Strings” from killing the Keep Construct, but ONLY if you have the buff active, which lasts a mere 15 minutes, so at best you need to use it before every fight, like a 3rd food/oil consumable that you constantly remind yourself of.
But the worst part of it? The buff gets immediately removed whenever you’re downed. So to get the collection item from the keep construct, if you’ve been downed in the middle of the fight, you need to say “screw my teammates”, open up your inventory in the middle of the boss fight and click on the Itzel poison again. And if you’re full dead in the fight? Forget about completing that portion of the legendary armor collection, you’ll have to either actively root for your group to fail the fight or wait another week.

Yeah I noticed the downed thing during our raid yesterday. It was really annoying. I suspect it is a bug, and I encourage you to report it so it gets fixed sooner.
