Joining Dungeons at Final Boss Encounter
It’s already been stated that it is intended. As is selling spots for completion provided players weren’t kicked from the original group to free those spots. It’s a little underhanded maybe to use that for dungeon master title, but it’s perfectly valid.
Saladtha (Lv 80 salad sidekick to bears) | Dunelle (Lv 80 eviscerating muppet)
Karmell (Lv 80 human might dispenser) | Vast says hi~.
When someone leave just before or during the final boss not allowing the group to call someone else for help would be like punishing them.
I never knew people were getting booted at last boss for whatever reason but I’ve helped people down last bosses before…. usually guildies. I dont agree with booting and selling spots.
DM titles do not carry as much weight anymore. It simply means someone did all dungeon paths at least once. DM doesn’t mean you’re a good dungeon runner, nor you have experience in that path (you need more than one run to be “experienced.”)
It sucks but would you rather 4 manned the last boss because 1 ditched your group? If you wrongfully got kicked, that’s reportable anyways. For those who buy dungeon slots for titles, well they’re stupid or just a completionist for that achievement.
