But it is account bound? Why is this? Why am I unable to sell it on the trading post?

It is still better than runes dropped from chests being soulbound. Waiting for a fix for about 2 months now.

So people can still sell exotics without flooding the TP with them. Enjoy your globs.

Was it a ring/amulet/earring? Those are always Soulbound when they are drops.

Also certain exotics are as well to keep them rare so you can’t just buy them. Most however are not. I got 3 exotics from chests in fractal last night and they were all sellable.

amulets, rings and earrings are no longer soulbound, but can be traded on the trading post.
But the exotics without sigils or runes are soulbound on aquire
Guess best to throw them into the mystic forge for something tradeable.
