Kholer spin and projectile block/reflect
If I remember right, the spin should first track and hit five targets for the pull. Given defiance stacks, you should have at least four of them on boss so that he gets interrupted (when you get reflect wall) before he could start the dancing dagger attack.
You can just reflect/absorb the pull. The spin is a melee attack which is not reflectable.. Try to dodge away from him when he holds his sword behind his head.
Remember back when Kholer could wipe a party?
Man, those were the days :’-(
He still can if people use that weird LoS spot between the rubble and the pillar, where you can’t see anything once the particle effects light up.
you may keep them to rear new and interesting variants in your basement.

Ugh, there is nothing that says “I have no idea what I’m doing, but I saw this in a video once” than stacking in that god awful crevice. I just leave pugs if they run to that spot. Fight him in the open, or at least use the pillar on the south, f/f/s.
Truth be told, when I started to use stacking techniques I was taught that was the stack spot at first.
Always struck me as odd, because I couldn’t see anything at all.
But then, it explained why they always wanted a guard for WoR, condicleanse, stability and protection. And thought that a berserker equipped guardian was odd. Which to be fair I wasn’t at the time.

Like someone said above, you can reflect the pull that comes before the spin, but only if you get enough reflects to get defiance off. In that case, the pull that is reflected also interrupts him, so he won’t spin.
It isn’t really noticable if you stack on him, but if you ever range him, a well-placed feedback will pull him right to the mesmer instead of pulling the group members to him
Mob-Ball, almost as fun as aura or quaggan ball.

He still can, believe me.
The old man has got a lot of tricks up his sleeve.
