this is why i havent pug in more than a year.. try to find a group of friends to do dungeons or train some pugs to do it is the best
I done many many dungeon runs but it’s funny how some stick in your head.
One CoF p1 run someone had quipped about me using my scepter on mesmer. I stated matter of factly ‘Swords are better but i wanted kills on my scepter and this wasn’t a speed run’ WELL, that was a mistake. I quickly realise that at least 3 people in the group are friends, most likely all on voip together.
Things deteriorate quickly and I’m getting passing remarks like ‘Oh were not fast huh?’. I try to laugh it off and say don’t take it so seriously.
Anyways I get kicked at the end of the run, interestingly AFTER I’ve killed boss which made me lol. Thinking about it I shoulda posted this in the player fail thread…..
Anyways, OP is right, kicking should have more limitations on it than currently exist. Why would you need to kick anyone one when a boss is at 5% health other than to troll is beyond me.

Got the same thing. Did an HOTW p1 run a couple of days ago. These guys were dying a lot on the second boss so I suggested the guardian and/or mesmer use some reflects on him. All I got was a “shut up” and rage when I didn’t immediately get ooc because they were all dead.
Worst thing though was the last boss, the warrior who had told me to shut up died a total of 4 times because he kept standing in the reflect attack. I told him to try max melee, got kicked at last 10% of the boss’ HP.

Tell me how should someone screenshot being kicked? Your party chat disappears and you’re just standing outside the dungeon. Wouldn’t be a very informative screenshot.

I find it interesting that all these posts from people that were kicked seem to consistently portray themselves in an innocent light and the ones that kicked them in a really bad light. While I’m sure there are such bad people out there with all this complaining you’d think the problem was some rampant plague.

I got kicked once because I told this mesmer she had no clue how to melee Lupi and she was putting down horrible feedbacks.
Oh wait, that didn’t happen, I just left party. I’m a jerk in parties to people who don’t listen and I STILL haven’t gotten kicked.
