I’m not looking for like someone to leach off of. I’m just looking for a group of people willing to help me learn the dungeons since I never done them and I was told you can get good gear from it. I’m on the Dragonbrand server

You could first try the Dungeon Mentor guild

Also make sure to check gw2dungeons.net, it is the most complete source of knowledge and a great guide for all classes in dungeons.

As Jerem said, [NOOB] is a great place to start. It’s sort of an LFG tool for finding teachers.

Hmm, you need to PM a mentor to get a run going. We usually don’t PM our 200 students to know who needs help in what. Let us know what you need instead :x

I see from our roster that you’ve got a bit of leveling to do before you can start dungeons — we’ll gladly teach you AC story once you hit level 30, and the others once you unlock them

And since you mentioned gear, getting the best gear from dungeons takes a few runs to collect dungeon-specific tokens, and then there’s a vendor in Lion’s Arch that can exchange the tokens for level 80 exotics, or dungeon-level-appropriate rares. You’ll get a lot of level appropriate drops from a dungeon run, too, so that always helps.
