As the title suggests, we are looking for 3 people that would like to run Arah p2 and p3 on a nightly basis.
What we would like to find are 3 friendly people that work well in coordinated groups and have at least a little experience in Arah. We don’t mind doing a bit of instruction during the runs, especially if you’re willing to listen, but if this is the case we would ask that you get Teamspeak so you can join our channel for easier communication (anyone wanting to run with us is welcome to join us in Teamspeak also).
We are NOT looking for speed-runners, people in a terrible hurry screaming “nao nao nao”, farmers, or anyone who has a heart attack when the run goes over 30 minutes. We do like to be efficient and DPS bosses/mobs quickly, but we are very patient and know that not every run goes perfectly smooth (we’re all human).
We aren’t terribly picky about what profession you are, but we do ask that you be able to survive through the fights while providing good DPS. Also, please know your profession/skills.
In other words, we ask that everyone pull their weight in the squad
We are looking to do these runs every night, 1 hour after server reset (6pm server time). We are located on the NA Blackgate server.

Your entire post is a huge contradiction mate I’m sorry, you say you’re efficient and you want efficient players yet you don’t care about professions, weapons, builds or anything at all, or if it takes to long, not a run I wanna be a part of whatsoever, this sounds a lot more like casual BS to me, nothing to do with efficiency at all.

Basically what is being said here is that we aren’t going to judge you based on your class. We have run Arah with a Ranger and an Ele who could both handle themselves well and there was no problem getting the job done and fast, so therefore we would rather judge people on their ability to play rather than what profession they chose to master.
It sounds like you might be under the impression that only the so-called zerg group of warr/guard/mesmer can run Arah quickly, but that is not true.
We want good DPS and don’t need people so squishy that they fall over dead if the boss sneezes in their direction, thus the “be able to survive” part of that.

Not only did you take this completely out of context, but apparently when you read this your brain somehow came to the conclusion that we want/don’t mind 3 hour Arah runs. Quite the contrary. All that is being said here is that we are not going to start screaming and having a fit the second someone makes a mistake.

Well now, the reason I ask is because depending on what they are running, you sure could determine whether they were running efficiently or not.
