Ive honestly no choice but to post here. Ive been in one party in the last 3 hours and couldnt get through a single run because of two cry-babies who blamed their failings on the rest of the party. I need a dedicated party who are willing to spend a large chunk of time in the dungeons to level up. Im free most days, GMT time.

This difficulty system is a great way of segregating players for no reason whatsoever. There needs to be a system in place to give incentives for higher levels to join up with lower levels otherwise youre going to have everyone in LA constantly shouting for specific level dungeons, not willing to give anything away. The dungeons are great but the difficulty mechanic is very badly implemented.
