The horribly time gated fractal.

very cool you guys, that was actually fun to watch, even with all the obscene waiting time.

Can someone endure the time gated stuff and approve this, before it gets buried again under complains about fractal rewards and ‘zerk stack in corner 111111 anet pls nerf’ posts.

I’ll try to look at this tonight after work and after I send out my currently WIP dungeon forum report to ANet.

Just an update; I got busy fixing some other records last night so I’ll take care of this today at some point. Sorry for the delay.
