Funfact, they are not yet made even, now they are rushing it probably on backstage, same was for 3 new legendary weapons, added but collections were surely not yet completed and it was concealed behind not being able to buy 1st book ArenaNet is behind schedule badly imho xD

This is totally false misinformation. Like mistward it can’t be viewed immediately. You have to get the recipe before it is viewable…

I have the legendary insight and The lost art of armor crafting but idk if these are rare or everyone gets them from beating the vale guardian.
