EDIT: I’m happy to announce I have now completed this dungeon and and earned all but 2 of the achievs associated with it If anyone else would like to group up to help me with those two (the electric floor and foreman spur ones) feel free and I’d be more than happy to help you with achievs in return

Decided to try my luck here since LFG is only so useful (and I can’t be waiting on it 24/7). Basically, this is the last dungeon I need to complete for Dungeon Master. Unfortunately, as you may all be aware, it’s not very popular. To date the farthest I have ever made it in a single group is the Slick and Sparki fight (we managed to kill Slick but lost to Sparki once).

I’m no newbie when it coms to dungeons, but the Aetherpath is still largely untrod territory for me and, unfortunately, anyone else I manage to form a group with. You explain what needs to be done, I’ll pick it up quick and do my job. Essentially what I’m looking for is a few patient, experienced players to help me get through the Aetherpath (optional events at the end, too).

Note: I am not going to BUY help for this path, mainly because I don’t have the gold to be throwing around buying guides. My hope is there’ll be some generous spirits out there who can help me and, who knows, maybe we’ll have fun together

So, yeah, post here if you’re interested or add me in-game.

FYI, I’m in England and my server is Whiteside Ridge.

I have work in about 15min so I cant help just yet, although Ill see what I can conjuor up in about 4hrs time when I finish work.

Assuming Na = North America, no. I’m in England and on the server Whiteside Ridge (will add this info to my opening post). I’m not expecting any immediate help, which is part of why I made this forum post. I hear this path can take upto 3-4 hours so it’d probably make things easier to arrange a date rather than just see who happens to currently be free.

Hey. We are going for a round of aetherpath in a few minutes. You’d be welcome to tag along. All we require is for you to pay attention to explanations and a full damage build(As we got our own support damagers).
If you can’t make it, it would be best to make yourself familiar with the path first. Videos – especially on the clockwork endboss – and gw2dungeons.net should help greatly!

When i’m in a patient mood i often spend 2 hours there explaining everything.
You made the right step here asking for help, i wish all the people who join an “only exp – speedrun” LFG as a first timer would do something similar instead. Would be better for them, and better for us (noone likes kicking).

If you get a good team you might even fall in love with this path. A smooth run usually takes 30min + <1min explaining/boss.

BUT: when someone doesn’t know what to do, he doesn’t only gets himself killed, but makes it harder/impossible for the rest of the team to succced.

You forgot to mention that you are suffering from “acute luck” by getting an aetherized nightmare weapon in your first run. Gratz on that. And all others:be warned!This player is extremely lucky! :>

Lol I only found this thread because I came to rant about the horrible RNG at the end lol you’d think finding 5 bonus and hidden chests at the end of what I consider quite a challenging path would have decent rewards but nooo -.- ran it back to back; I can see the appeal to be honest though. Will def be running it more often but I’m glad you got that skin!!!
