I do not know if it has been done yet, but I am making a guild that’s sole purpose is to have a chat for finding people to do dungeons easier. It would work by when you want to find a group for a dungeon you would end up representing it in order to ask who wants to do what. Once you are done asking you no longer have to represent the guild and can than represent your own guilds so that people are not asking if you want to run something when you already are. This will also be a good source for when guild groups can only get 4 people for a run and need a 5th.

If you want to have an easier time finding a group than spamming the zone the dungeon is in or LA, give either Azoqu or Arya Nights Flower a whisper for an invite.

can you enter dungeons with cross-server groups? if you can’t, you might wanna tell us which server/world you’re doing this on.

You can, and this is akittenbrilliant idea, I had started a thread a while back for a similar purpose, but this works much better. Count me in.
