lupi is more than legendary

Man, I though he was not

The only legendary weapon in this game is the skritt bottle.

Did someone tried to use Toilet Paper against him ? if think it could be super effective

I wish the 4 mesmers would have used quggan tonics before using descent into madness pre-bug fix.
