I’ve been praticing Lupicus solo recently for fun and I’ve been able to down him a few times, but I have a few questions for regular soloers.

On my guardian I’m running a 0/20/0/30/20 to solo P2 up to Lupi, but I don’t know what build to use for him. Also, I don’t know which one between Bloodlust and Perception is better. My kills are slow as hell, more than 10 minutes even with Perception, potion of Undead slaying and minotaur steaks.

Another things, sometimes in phase 2 he goes like Frenzied Blast -> Vicious claw -> AA -> Vicious claw -> repeat a few time in a row. Not matter how many dodge/Aegis/block/invul I can pull out he always kill me when he does that. His attack patterns are completly random right ? There is no way to manipulate them ?

In phase 3 how close do you have to be to avoid the necrid trap ? Because sometimes even if i’m in melee range, quite close to him, not moving he still does it.

I also started practicing with my mesmer, but the locusts are a pain.

Generally you should run 10/25/0/10/25 on your guardian for solo’s. For parties you could drop the 10 points in honor for another 10 in zeal. You should have perma vigor and together with maybe one energy sigil (on focus, I’d say) you shouldn’t have any problems dodging everything.
As for p3, you should at least touch the red circle of him a little bit. Further than that has a chance of getting you bubbled.
