The event to open up CoF happens to frequently.
Should change it to happen once per hour and the dungeon opens for an hour after the event, makes players who want to clear the dungeon multiply times on different paths less frustrating.
The current situation now is that:
Cleared path 1, zoned out to find CoF contested.
So ya gotta clear the world event first before u can go onto path 2 or 3.
