I’m not sure why so many tonics are account bound. It doesn’t make a whole lot of sense. It also makes it feel like a great deal of the potions you can craft as an Artificer are a waste of time.

I’m involved with hosting a lot of community events, and it is during such events that tonics see the most use. It sure would be nice if we could hand out tonics to the players that attended these events. Right now quite a lot of tonics that you can craft, are account bound, rendering them useless for community events. Please make them all tradeable.

Also, why does water now knock you out of transformations? Please revert that. It’s very annoying that we can’t use our transformations underwater any more.
