As much as I love all the dungeons that have been made and all the great artwork and replay value not to mention the treasure, they have got a little stale. Besides Arah I have done most of the dungeons dozens and dozens times over.

We need more dungeons! I would love to see another path in Sorrows embrace where you go to the depths of the Dredge city to discover more destroyers or some balrog creature etc. Or another path in Crucible of Eternity with another lab of sick and twisted experiments or maybe even do something crazy like going into another dimension or going forward or backwards in time because the inquest are crazy like that.

Basically I love the dungeons but make more if you can please. I know there have been some new ones made like the aetherblade and fractals and that’s great but I want more! lol

I don’t think im alone in this. What do you all think?

As the original dungeons existed primarily to tell the story of Destiny’s Edge’s reunion tour, I imagine any new dungeons would exist primarily to advance the Living Story which is about the Destiny’s Edge B-Team.

I think it is also more likely that we’ll see additional Fractal stages rather than dungeons/paths.

If a new standard dungeon is added it is likely to be like the TA aetherblade path: perfectly reasonable dungeon but too much effort for the same reward as the other paths. The speed running of the old dungeons make it hard to envisage a new dungeon that can compete for time vs reward (unless it has similar design mistakes to the older dungeons).

If new dungeons come in I think they will need to offer new game play, new challenges, new rewards, and not be a direct alternative to the existing dungeons.
