Marauder vs zerk? How big is the dps loss

Thanks for the link. Not the best at these 2 classes so I won’t mind a 5% decrease of dps. Better than being downed often, where that is a huge dps loss.
I’d still recommend going without marauders, even if this means you’re getting downed more often. The bonus vitality isn’t going to save you if you happen to miss the dodge on any actually dangerous attack and of course it forces you to get your dodges and positioning down faster, which is a plus too.
The rule of thumb is that you lose a bit less than 1% DPS per 1000 HP when swapping in Marauder pieces for Berserker.
I think it will be safer for you to mix and match them. My guard has full Marauders gear (armour, trinkets, back) but the chest, legs, and weapons are zerk.
It is not a lot but I feel safer. I mean, being used to running glass tempest I should be fine but something about the melee, Leeroy, aspect of Guardian makes me want to have a bit more vitality.

if you use marauders on daredevil you will overcap precision when partied with a ranger
To clarify, you will overcap precision while partied with a Ranger while banners are up and your scholar bonus (and Keen Observer) are active. Banners should be up for most important burns, but Keen Observer will not have 100% uptime. Extra precision from Marauder’s gear will thus be diminished in effectiveness (or Keen Observer will be diminished in effectiveness) but it’s value is not zero.
