Me and my mates wasted 5 hours in Arah, for the last time.
Which boss is bugged in path 4 and 2?
If it’s Giganticus Lupicus … then I hate to say it but that’s not the final boss.
I am Fleeting Flash, in-game dungeon cosplayer of Reddit Refugees [RR] .
Is your opinion they are bugged because there are legitimate and obvious problems with how to bosses are working that prevents any possibility of beating them, or because you couldn’t figure out how to beat them?
The boss getting stuck in geometry and untargetable, or staying “green” status and never turning hostile would be bugs.
You not being able to dodge the green projectiles or shadow step attack from Lupicus would not be bugs.
So far every path of Arah has proved to be totally pug-able. And is done so pretty regularly. So actual bugs would be a surprise to me and must be pretty recent.

And you’ll be better off, OP. Don’t have to worry about one-shot mobs and repair bills. Get your gear the way it was meant to be, buy it cheap on BLTC.
Ive fought the lupicus boss he takes luck not alot of skill. in p2 and the main annoying thing is the waypoint if you die is pretty much at the start so its almost im possible to run in time to kp aggro also he has glitched out on me serveral times in p2 he will just randomly reset while all of us are still in the room with him.
The last boss on path 2? The asura guy? He isn’t that hard. If your team managed to get that far, I can’t imagine getting stuck on him.
And path 4’s final boss is a complete joke. That’s like the easiest encounter in Arah…
Runnin Arah daily for past 2 weeks and had no problem what so ever. Only problem ive seen is when players with bad builds and gear goes Arah. Glass canon gear is not option in Arah, I ve seen only 2 of my thief friends doing fine with glass canon build but rest failed.
Path 2 is the easyest+ path 4 last boss is kinda tricky but easy
Stop complaining and who cares about you not running arah again? Man come on, why you need to make treath about your and your friends failiure? … There are plenty of players that can do every route without problems.
Same goes for instace in AC. I saw many and many randoms players fail so hard in AC because they were just bad, then there I had so smooth runs where we just AOEd all and no one get even downed for the whole run. All depends on your build, gear and skill. These 3 terms make so much big difference.

Path 2 Bugged? 4 bugged?

Luck?
The problem with Lupus (I know) is that he is bugged. I thought it’s confirmed that his aoe hits outside of his circles and even if you roll out of a circle during 2nd phase the projectile still chases you out of it. There are some clips on youtube that shows and I’ll try to look for it.

Its more like the AoE for his circles can splash outside it.
Also he can auto-attack you DURING his AoE. There’s nothing worse than taking 2 auto attacks to the back while focusing on not being in the red death zones.
Oh and whichever Anet designer felt it was a good idea to have his AoE range be larger than his aggro range deserves to be fired. Just straight up. I should not have the entire fight reset with 3 people in the bloody arena because we actually dodged the attacks in the easiest manner available (that is, moving backwards) Seriously, just make his aggro range the entire arena. If anything that actually makes the fight harder in that you cant de-aggro to heal. But it would fix pretty much the biggest flaw with lupicus right now.
Sorry to break it to you OP, but if you were 5 friends who couldn’t clear all modes within reasonable time, then it’s because you’re not very good. The only encounter in any of the 3 paths that is remotely difficult is Simin in Seer path (due to bugs), but with a non-PuG group even that fight is fairly simple, even if the boss does bug and give you an extra orb and heal to full.
As long as you don’t fail and die (read: don’t know how to use tears) then you should be able to get her down even after she gets back to full HP after a bugged orb spawn.
