Not going to comment on most of your post since Arenanet has already acknowledged the bug. Not sure why a bug that they are aware of requires such a long post, eventually it just sounds like a 5 year old whining about not being able to play with a toy. It will get fixed and I am sure you know it will get fixed.
As to the last paragraph wanting tokens for not finishing a dungeon just doesn’t make sense. People had been exploiting the system because they want fast tokens and couldn’t be bothered to run the whole dungeon. This is a problem in all games. There are always people that think if they find a way around content, i.e. cheating, they did something clever. Exploiting is lazy not clever and should be fixed in any and every way they can. Up to banning players that continue the bad behavior. As to someone that gets dc’d and cant get back on I guess I can only say talk to your isp about that and don’t blame Arenanet for their lack of a connection. As to server restarting and not being able to finikittenhink you are just making stuff up now. Most of the restarts give you plenty of warning and I have never gotten kicked out of a dungeon even when the world servers restart for a patch, it has always waited for me to be out of the dungeon to kick me. This is just not a problem. You finish by saying that other people are cheating way worse then the Arah exploiters like one thing has to do with another. A lot of people like these changes.
I for example never wanted to run the first two chests in Arah but a whole dungeon. I play the game for the content and without these changes sure I could run with a guild group but even finding one pug was nearly impossible, once we told him we were doing the whole dungeon.
