Would be so easy.

Example A: Increase the vendor value (to like 1G or 50S or anything)

Example B: Trade in 5 rings for one ring of your choice

its just a bunch of those plastic rings from the grocery store quarter machines. at a quick glance you could maybe fool a golddigger chick, but they have absolutely no value whatsoever. just like pink rings to anyone who is level 50.
