First, why were you looking for a support guardian?

Second, there’s nothing wrong with an elementalist.

Third, I hate PUGs so much.

A dps guard can use WoR.

Elementalist, thieves and mesmers can also block/reflect projectiles.

Oh, no no. By all means. But I very much do wonder what a support guardian is. It’s an enigma that has confused me for a long time.

Anyways. That’s GW2lfg for you. Ask for what you want all you like, but people completely ignore you and join regardless of whether they meet your requirements. They dont care, they just want a group to join and potentially leech off.

Its not the professions its the quality of the players you get when you pug. Its a complete gamble. Not to mention people cant read.

I did, it’s just hard to take you seriously when you got an elementalist joining when they have both projectile reflection, higher DPS than warriors and some nice might stacking.

Then there’s the fact that you asked for a support guardian. Like… lol.

I would add you to my contacts but I haven’t been on GW2 for a little while. Plus since I’ve only ran Arah with a proper group like … twice (though I tell you what, in those two times I probably learnt more than 99.9% of PUGs do) it would be a way to get better while not playing with optimal parties.

How long have you been clean for? I’m getting the withdrawal symptoms and I’m only 6 hours in. -_-

I got booted out of my house mid-July so I haven’t had regular access since then (about 3 days a week, 3 hours each day).

It’s why I just live on this forum in between searching for jobs, I’ve got nothing better to do since my laptop can’t play GW2 (it’s a 700mhz, 128mb RAM, 20gb HD ancient artifact) and I can only move back in once I have a job

I went for an interview on Friday and the bloke didn’t even show up :/

I’ve got another one on Wednesday though which is a nice 9am – 5pm office job though which means I would be able to play during prime time for WvW or dungeons since most people would be home after 5.

Unfortunately for me, I do not have a boyfriend to live with, had to move in with my older brother :p

I am sorry to hear about that T_T. I spent ages looking for work too, ended up getting a kittenty job that I hate, which in turn makes me a hateful person. I will pray to Baphomet that you get this job!

I’ve been without GW2 so long now I don’t care if the job sucks, I just want to be able to play it every day again

On average I played the game like 10hrs a day (finished my last college exams so had nothing to do), so to go from that to barely even 10 a week, I’m surprised I didn’t go insane.

Reminds me of when my housemate caused a massive phone bill so we lost our internet for several months because we werent going to bail him out of paying the fine to get our phone line back. That was frustrating.
