Here simply my thoughts of how dungeons could more fun, less grindy and getting rid of these speedruns and exploits. I will break them into 5 short steps. Just throwing out ideas so please discuss. I know aNet are currently working on something, but untill they announce anything we should keep on discuss and throw out ideas so they can see our thoughts.

  1. Make last bosses drop armor/weapons relevant to the current dungeon, with small droprates of course. Maybe 1-2 drops for every fifth run on average.
  2. Add a system that enables you to trade items for seals, like if you’re lucky enough to get a drop, and its not for your class you’d still be able to trade it in for seals.
  3. Add bonuses to dungeons. Bonuses like: 100% cleared, Without total wipe, Less than 10 downs and so on.. you get the idea. This should be rewarded with extra seals.
  4. Make all seals neutral, wich this other guy( Link to thread ) came up with and I totally agree with.
  5. Receive a dmg boost for a random dungeon for 3 hours, the dungeon should be the same for the whole group.

What does you guys think of this ?
