We’ve all read the post and I’m sure you’ve all seen the golden skin in the pic.

Is gold the only option for these new skins? Will we have a color selection for our new “prestigious” reward? Electric blue fractal skins, anyone?

If our only option is a gold re-skinning of the current skins, that’s not very innovative at all and rather disappointing. No one is really excited about re-skinned old content.

However, a color selection would really show off not only our accomplishment, but also express our individuality. This is Glam Wars 2, after all.

I don’t know about you, but nothing I have really goes well with gold.

Would be nice to have gold skins for lv51-90 difficulty scale and xxx colour for 91-100, for prestige purpose ofcourse.

Make it like SAB, white, green, yellow, (orange), (red/purple)

golden color would fit to only such a minority of the players styles… would be very very sad …

i really hope we can unlock more colors
(or maybe once you achieved the golden shiny skin… then you can turn it to any other shiny color with a mystic forge recipe)

That said, I doubt the colors will be numerous. I’m totally not a fun of full golden skins and expect the worst here: golden reskins only.

We need to start some noise and at least get some primary color options on the table.

I’m shocked more people aren’t hitting this thread. The entire purpose of fractals is to get weapon skins to make yourself look awesome..

I always liked how they looked in Tangled Labyrinth, during season 2 living story. The cool purplish blue look was very nice. Didn’t grab a screen shot of it though… Guess for now its the Golden Sword Rule.

Naw, it’s to play a game and have fun

But, yes, not a fan of the gold GS they showed, can’t imagine that shade would look any better on the others. I’d love a darker black with a hint of dark deep purple similar to how the ones now are white with a hint of blue/purple.

So, how many headshots have you guys gotten with your GS so far?

I think they should look at the fractal backpiece when deciding how to make the special fractal weapons. I legitimately enjoyed leveling that thing up because of the changes i got. If i spent all those ingredients and it just looked like someone had dipped it in shiny yellow paint i would have been very disappointed. And i imagine the difficulty of getting the new ones will be even more than what those ingredients were worth to me so i would really like it if it did something more than get dipped in shiny yellow paint.

Also, will the legendary back piece have different colors? Who wants a fractal backpiece that doesn’t match your fractal weapons!

anet doesnt need to make it possible to dye every weapon ofc… that would be insane work probably

but creating new sets that will be dyeable… man that would be one of the best customisation additions to the game ever
