so “Hello, everyone! I’m Isaiah Cartwright, lead designer on Guild Wars 2. I wanted to talk to you about two upcoming changes to the fractal dungeons: reconnect and party-tier improvements”

Are these changes in effect ? it has “upcoming” does that mean we wait another month for this to happen and this is just to soften people up or am i lead to assume the latest patch was indeed these changes.

i just joined a fractals group doing level 8 and i am level 7, they said “sorry it wont let us do level 8 with you in the party” and boo ya i’m kicked.

Some clarification about this would be fantastic

and to think this was the fix i’ve been waiting for, only to be let down by that part at the end.

still it’s nice to see they listened to the community on the level scaling thing.
now we just need a karma dump.

Not only January.It’s in The End of January

I guess until the end of January I’ll focus on 100% map completion and ecto farming for a legendary. I wonder if finding a group for fractals will be harder now that more people decide to wait for this patch before playing it more.
