Heyh, just posting this here in case someone decides to make a record before the rule meeting on next weekend (which may wipe stuff).

With the new site there will be quite a bit more information available than previously. So naturally record submissions must include quite a bit more information too.

Record Submission Guidelines

1. Submit new attempts under their own topic in the official dungeon forums.

a. Records will be approved or denied with 7 days of submission by an official approver.

2. Ensure that all required information is included in your submission.

a. Category (Restricted / Unrestricted)
b. Instance Name
c. Run time (Round up to the next even second)
d. The game build and date recorded

3. The game build from the Options Menu must be displayed in at least one point of view

4. Include profession, character name, player name, guild tag and video link for each participant.

a. Player name is your alias used for all records
b. If all players are in the same guild, only list the tag for the first player

Profession1 Character1 (Player1): Video1
Profession2 Character2 (Player2): Video2

Also if possible, private message additional information from your previous records to Rising Dusk.

I’m in the process of updating the database, so the information Weth is asking for is good. In addition to that information, please include the URL of where you submitted your previous records. New records will be submitted on gw2dungeons, but I need references for the old ones to prove that they’re legitimate. Thanks!
