Guild Wars 2

I left the dungeon to go and grab another player at Lion’s arch. We were halfway through sorrow’s embrace and one of our teammates randomly disconnected. So I left the dungeon to go and grab another player at Lion’s arch. When i left GW2 shut down and it downloaded the patch. I thought, OK, I’ll be able to get back in with my party, which was close to done, and had spent almost 45 minutes on the dungeon. I grab another guy from Lion’s Arch, have to run him to the Way point and as I enter the dungeon…

It’s a completely new dungeon… It reset all the hard work and kept me from my team. Thank’s for the warning GW2!! This is just a warning call to everybody, if somebody leaves and there’s a patch waiting, oh well… restart the dungeon.

Thanks for the heads up, though this is a fairly well known aspect of patches/dungeons. Sorry it didn’t work out for you.
