So with the new patch we will get changes in the dungeons and thats is good, but i wanna know if the changes also go to the Fractals of the mists?

“Bonus Rewards for Dungeons

Each day when you finish a unique path for any explorable or story dungeon, you’ll receive a bonus reward for completion—1 to 3 gold for explorable dungeons depending on their length and difficulty, 50 silver for story dungeons. Guaranteed coin rewards that previously dropped from bosses in dungeons have been removed in lieu of these new rewards for dungeon completion; all other drops off of bosses have not been changed. Now you have even more incentive for braving the hazards of the dungeons of Tyria!"

I don’t think ArenaNet considers fractals a dungeon. They don’t count towards the daily. Fractals don’t share a reward system with dungeons so I wouldn’t be surprised if they stayed relatively the same.

Crap then, so theres no reason to do fractals :S

At the moment, Fractals is the less rewarding dungeon, given how much time a run takes (around an hour for an average run, but can take much more depending on which fractal you get (dredge for example……)).

If with this patch they upgrade the other dungeons rewards, but leave it as it is for fractals, the gap on rewards will be even more important…

I really hope they will upgrade the rewards for fractals at the same time, else even more people will stop doing it…

Even if the bonus reward wont effect fractals, there’s still the champion bonus and fractals have those.

If you use your fractal relics towards a 20 slot bag, it’s actually quite rewarding.

Level 30 gives me like 100 relics. And takes me about 45 minutes. Which results in saving me about 6.5 gold alone from buying the 20 slot bags.

And thats without any other rewards. So for me it’s worth doing it. And I enjoy it.
But hey, I guess that’s not what everyone is after.
