New fotm question

With the new patch today and the new fotm, nightmare fractal is moving to the 24, 49, 74, 99 spot. So is the new fractal taking place of the 25, 50, ect. Spot? Also if we r adding a new fotm is one of them coming out of rotation?

Doubt it. There is less than 25 Fractals so in each tier for now one that is duplicated is being removed.
