Viper’s with berserker’s runes seems quite interesting for engis

I cant test it, someone on mesmer forums claimed 15 expertise points = 1% condition duration

Does anyone know where we can get level 80 exotic+ sets of these new stats? And how do we get the runes?

Maybe with the traitline training?
