Guild Wars 2

Hi, this is my first ever post after reading the forums for the past 3 years.

I have only had a chance to make play HOT for maybe 15 hours and I was hoping to try out a raid this weekend and I keep getting booted from parties due to my gear. I am a Guardian with full Soldier’s Ascended with Hoelbrak runes, but apparently this isn’t good enough for raids. Can someone please kindly tell me which Ascended gear I should focus on creating and which runes I should be using.
