Just wow. I’m writing this post just to say anyone who was involved with the music for the nightmare fractal needs some sort of bonus this holiday season.

For me, music and audio makes up 50% of a game. I know many people who turn in-game sounds off and just listen to their own music, it’s crazy!! You lose so much immersion when you turn in-game sound off!

The first time I ran nightmare I was awe struck by the music. It added to the creepy atmosphere of the level design. I was almost expecting something similar to Subject Alpha to appear for one of the fights!

Again, the music, amazing!!!!

The music (I suspect you refer especially to Ensolyss boss fight) is from Living Story Season 1, final chapter, when we battle Scarlet in Lion’s Arch.

The tune is Battle on the breachmaker from the awesome Lena Chappelle and yeah, is darn good

Battle for the breachmaker is the right name for the music, but it doesnt actually belong to that boss. The breachmaker and the toxic court were like half a year apart in LS1
