Since yesterday, killing bosses in raids seems to reward rng loot. We killed Gorseval twice yesterday, twice today and we are not getting any loot at all.

Why is this not being addressed at all?

I just opened a ticket after we killed Vale Guardian Twice and there was no chest.

Rubi said they were looking into it. No loot/kill credit from any of my kills either.

No loot/reward on spiritwood, cairn, and m.o. Please fix this issue because we shouldn’t have to keep wasting expensive resources for nothing. Yes the experience in raiding is a plus, but not too many ppl want to stay and try again after first kill without rewards. Compensation would be nice to the raiding community but i’m sure that may be unlikely.

If the kill isn’t showing up in the Api you’re not going to get compensation since there’s no record of it.
