I only did fractals twice, one time per character with my two characters. Both times we defeated the Jade Maw, but neither got a daily chest. I belive I should’ve gotten 20 fractal relics from a daily chest. Am I wrong, or is this really a bug of some sorts?

Was it a level 10 or higher fractal?
Is the character you used reward level 10 or higher?

if the answer is yes to both of these then its a error you should report. If not, you didn’t meet the requirements for a Daily chest.

You will NOT get a daily chest for completing Maw on level 10 if your personal reward level is not at LEAST level 10.

If your personal reward level is at least 10, and you completed Maw for the first time that day on level 10 or higher, then you should have received a daily chest. If not, report as bug.

The fractal level was 14, but my characters were both Fractal level 1. So What I understand is I don’t get a daily chest before my personal fractal level is at least 10. Thank you all for the answers.

You rewards are tied to your personal reward level.

If your personal reward level is ‘1’, no matter what fractal level you do you will be rewarded with level ‘1’ loot.

If your personal reward level happens to be ‘2’ and you run a level ‘14’ fractal, your reward will be level ‘2’ loot and you will receive a daily chest for level ‘2’ (Tier 1-9) daily and not for level ‘14’ (Tier 10-19) daily.

You can not do fractal levels above your current level in order to get additional/better rewards. Allowing you to party with people higher level than you is just supposed to ease the burden on people trying to form parties. If you do complete a fractal level higher than your current one, you will advance one fractal level (personal reward level will go up).

I understand that, but what I was trying to say is that I didn’t get my reward chest for Tier 1 either.

I think the reward chests are only given on even Fractals, so maybe you’re not eligible for the daily chest until you reach level 2.

Whatever the reason is, your PR has to be >1 to get the daily. Probably an oversight from when they changed the progression system.

OP if you run it again on either of those characters you will get the daily.
