Just salvaged 6 exotics with the soldier stats from SE vendor with a BLSK. Usually I would end up getting a soldier inscription or insignia, but ended up getting none. I understand that this may be just bad luck, but it could also be an undocumented change(you know the things anet is good at doing). Wondered if anyone else has had this issue.

6 samples are hardly indicative of any pattern.

It’s still there, it’s just RNG. I salvaged a couple this morning.

Salvaged bunch of armors yesterday and got bunch of insignias.

Dude, but I just tossed the coin 6 times and all 6 only were Tails, Heads has never happened!! Clearly this means coins no longer have a Heads-half! I should make a public post and tell the world about it! God, Im so smart.

To be fair, he did say it could be bad luck. I understand his thinking in that there could of been a stealth nerf. Though, I will admit I did laugh at a few responses myself.
