Yesterday some guildies and me ran our first time ever Nightmare Tree path in Twilight Arbor’s EM.

Everything went somewhat fine (ouch for these knockdown combos), but after killing the last boss we just didn’t receive any rewards at all. The quest updated to “Congratulations! The arbor is safe” but the chest pop-up didn’t appear for any of us, neither the button to leave the dungeon above the mini-map.

I’ve already sent a ticket to support (they haven’t answered me yet), but in the meanwhile I would like to ask if anybody suffered something similar, especially after the update. Also, is there something else we can do about that?

Ya last night I did up/up path with no reward. Just a congratulations, and couldnt insta port out of instance. This all happened after doing f/f and f/u and receiving rewards successfully. My whole group didnt receive the tokens not just me. Bum deal :/

Weird, the ony path we didn’t do last night was the Up path. Now I won’t be totally surprised if we get nil on it.

Well this dungeon was modified recently. Not a surprise their new patch made a mess about reward, we are the tester (victims) of every patch, be used

Did up path last night and we received 60 tokens.

My guildies and I also haven’t received any reward for doing UP path. First time ever it happened to us.

Same issue here, did the dungeon run and at the end, there is no reward or cutscene. First time happening to my party too! Please fix this!

Yeah my group and I just finished the forward/forward path and got no tokens for finishing the dungeon. We had just done up no problem.

At the very least is it possible for my party to receive our tokens for the trouble?

I just ran the path with a couple people about 15 minutes ago. Don’t remember the path exactly but it was the one with the spiders at the end. Same thing happened: go the message Arbor is safe but no tokens and no port out button.

Just sent out a report ticket. I doubt they will compensate me for all my time wasted. sigh.
