My question is do I have to run dungeon story mode on each toon or just once per account. I ask because I have done a handful of story modes on my ranger and a few different ones on my Warrior. In the achievement box it does not discriminate but wondering if the actual dungeon does. Thank you in advance for your answers.

Story Mode dungeon credit is tracked per-character. In order to initiate Explorable Mode on a given character, you need to have completed Story Mode with that character.

However, there is no requirement on joining Explorable mode if someone else actually initiates the dungeon. So as long as at least one member of the party has completed the dungeon’s Story Mode (so that they can start the Explorable Mode session), you’ll never actually be required to do Story Mode.

I do not think you ever have to run story mode on any dungeons. I say this because I run dungeons with my guild and I have yet to run the story mode on some of those dungeons.

Follow up… Does that work for Story mode too?

IE If my buddies want to do a Story mode dungeon again for whatever reason and we’ve all done it once, are we SoL and need someone who hasnt to start it for us?

You get the option to replay story-mode.
