I hope you are being sarcastic or you are joking OP.If not then you are being really ignorant by thinking that only those 3 classes are good for anything.
Elementalists and thieves glass canons have dps on par as warriors.They have really high burst.But dmg is not anything.Lets talk for them separately.
Thieves are very useful in fractals and Arah and many other dungeons for their group invisibility.You have no idea how fast my dungeon runs go because i have really experienced thieves in my guild.Also their smoke screen is working just like guardian’s walls and bubbles.And on top of that they have very high dmg capabilities.
Staff elementalists have really amazing dps too.Do you know how they can drop down the mobs,Kholer,The spider and the burrows?I don’t think you do.They will melt then like buttor on sun.Their Fiery sowrd and Ice bow is one of their best utilities.Now lets talk about their reflects.Yes they have those too.Their earth is actually quite useful for it’s good reflect shield.
And let me not start about combo fields.
I can only say that thieves and elementalists are almost on par or even as good as warrior’s dps.When pros are playing them.
Guardian,thief,warrior,elementalist and mesmer are great professions especially for dungeons.
I may not have talked about Necros but their double hp bar for fractals is just amazing for survival and then picking up the group at the Maw.

Warrior damage is not as high as Thief or Elementalist. Warrior sustained damage is not as high as Guardian. Warrior DPS is only slightly better than Ranger. Necromancer is an unemployed single mother with 5 children.

Yes i know.That is why i never run with pugs and strangers.I prefer to do dungeons every day with my guild who will bring diversity in the classes.And will not stack only OP warriors because they are easy to learn and easy to play.
I will repeat AC with ele in your group will melt the everything.Or Arah with a thief will finish help the group finish in no time.

Pugs are bad, so why even bother using them as an example of what DPS a class can do? Pugs are also inconsistent and don’t have a set build to use. Each pug varies from the next.

Pugs can not be used as an example of what DPS classes can do.Pugs by default are not so skilled players.There may be exceptions from the rule,but in general you can’t compare a pug warrior for instance to a warrior with a solid group running dungeons.
But, all of you guys do PUG runs. Doesn’t that make you PUGs?

You are so mistaken.I never do pug runs.Stop talking for all comunity like you represent it.
Guardian is the most balanced class (yet there’s a lack in vitality), Warrior isn’t, there’s still some adjustment to do on that one regarding toughness and healing, Mesmers are ok, Thieves are good when used correctly, rangers have best ranged utilities, engeneer can do many things, elementalists needs an adjustment concerning conditions and finally necros are good but needs nerf in conditions so the eles are more viable for conditions builds.
Condition builds aren’t viable for pve.
… and wouldn’t you just want to raise ele up to be more viable rather than lower others?
Then again, given the pvp condition meta, maybe a little lowering wouldn’t be out of hand.

since release warriors/guardian party have been the first to finish dungeon paths considered too hard.

A PvE player is supposed to avoid a 1-2 second 1 shotting aoe.
A WWW player is considered uncapable of avoiding a 5,75 second aoe for half his health.
