Second time in 4 instances, a friend got put in a different Arah instance, now today a different friend got put in a different HotW instance? I had this bug during beta and then at release and now others are getting it again a month later after it was meant to be solved?

We tried reforming, zoning in and out, logging in and out, we tried a fair bit for about 40 minutes until it was decided that the instances just where not going to work with our friends so we couldn’t play with friends… again.

Anyone know any work around until this issue gets fixed again? or just take different people until its fixed I guess.

Just an update; We found a work around for this… The player that is stuck outside logs out of game for 5-15 minutes while outside of the instance, and then once that time is gone they can zone back in with the party.

Another solution MAY be to have that problem player enter a home instance or a personal story instance (the logic being that this will destroy their individual version of the dungeon that they are being forced into). After this, the game may send them to the leaders instance, rather than into their own one.

I would think that logging off for 5-15 is having the same effect of killing their created instance. It would be nice if there was a simple command that would do this same situation without costing 6 silver.

This happened to me in HotW the other day – easiest way we found was for me to relog on a different character, then back onto the one doing the dungeon. It’s worked for my group every time one of us has been locked out, much faster than waiting 15 min Hope it helps.

Robert, any official fix coming for this?

I haven’t been abl;e to run an instance for over a week and have given up trying now because I spent money to amend my traits to do HoW with 4 guildies – 1 guildy couldnt enter. This had been the case for other dungeons over the previous week.

Please fix tyhis I can’t afford to waste valuable coin changing traits and waypointing to stand about to achieve nothing. This bug has to be treated as a priority for me running dungeons is a major part of an MMO.

I am not running any dungeons now because of this kitten bug, is so frustrating to put a party together to then have a party member leave because of whatever reasons and then we can’t get our replacement to enter our version of the instance dungeon.

We have all tried, logging out, logging, in, disbanding, remaking, changing leader, etc to no avail. So I decided since this bug is to frequent at level 80 dungeon crawling to level up an alt until these bugs and others are fixed.

It’s really a shame, I love this game but these things are so disheartening makes me want to return to something more stable cough wow.
