I think that it is time to overhaul the way we get dungeon tokens. I know that they have disbanded their entire dungeon team and are no longer acknowledging that dungeons exist. However I need to ask. How are we supposedly be able to obtain dungeon tokens when no one is willing to play the content? This isn’t just about grinding for stat capped gear as CoF offers that and is run generally daily. It is about obtaining desired skins for characters or just to be unlocked in the item collections. In what way is it possible to do this when I log on at peak time and there is an empty LFG for arah, twilight arbor and various other dungeons excluding CoF?

The best way to solve this problem, which is unfortunate, is to make all dungeon tokens universal. Have a Dungeon Token currency. I understand that this will take away the specific dungeon armour authenticity however what can you do when the players do not play the content and the developers themselves are disregarding it also? This is a major issue that needs to be fixed, because dungeons can not be left there unattended.

PvP dungeon reward track is the best option to unlock dungeon skins, sadly.

I would love to see some more rewards for dungeon, i don’t want to play swamp fractal forever.

I am a PVE player, i don’t like PVP, i dont play PVP, and i don’t expect ArenaNet to force me to play PvP or i will just uninstall.

I agree with this post, ArenaNet need to do something to solve the tokens problems before abandoning dungeons.

On top of that, did you make your own post? I’ll agree that most tabs, even during prime times are empty, but once you throw up a post you’ll get the group. Sure, it may not be instantaneous like it used to be, but give it about 2-3 minutes for the group to form up.

There are still plenty of people who want to do Dungeons, but for whatever odd reason players are too kitteno start up their own LFG post. See an empty tab? Take the initiative and make your own group rather than waiting for the “perfect group” to make a post of their own.

The general population of Dungeon nowadays has broken down into two groups from what I’ve seen in my pugs

-Seasoned players who are after the currency for “x” reason
-New players who were directed to try out the dungeon.

In the first group most players are already familiar with the “go-to” strats with the occasional reminder needed. On top of that, they’re just after the currency so most groups are in-out-cyas so they’re running at a quicker pace than before. The second group of folks who are new? Well….they’re new. If you have the patience to teach them, great! Don’t want to or don’t have time? That’s fine just specify 80’s only or something like that in your post.

Note, I’m a diehard PvE player as well. Though, it’s easy enough to get 4-6 PvP Potions from dailies by spending 5 minutes in a Dailies labelled custom arena. No skill or experienced required just walk in and follow the rules for the free win.

I’m sorry but I’ve been dungeoning hard for the past 2 weeks, and the most I’ve waited for my party to fill was 2 minutes. Either you’re picking horrible play hours, or you’re full of kitten. I incline to think it’s the second.

Not everyone has a “good” work schedule that lets them play at peak times.
