You can get ascended assassins amulet from the raid vendor for magnatite shards or from bloodstone fen

An amulet would need to come from elsewhere. Bloodstone Fen amulet would likely work.

Instead of using Assassin’s Amulet you could likely use other Assassin’s pieces and instead use a Zerker amulet.

Trinkets include amulets, accessories, and rings. Maybe what you meant was that all ascended dungeon trinkets are accessories.
