3 1/2 months for a fix that everybody complained about from day one. By the time the fix comes out most people will have quit running Fractals because they have the items they want from it, they have completely given up on it, or they have forgotten about it all together. By the time this “fix” comes out, it will be too late.

There will be a need for new incentives so that people that weren’t able to find groups to get past level 5 will be able to find players willing to start doing it again.

They’ll add in new ascended items or release the rest of the stat spreads to make people grind it again. I’m not bothering since I have 7k relics and 20+ pristines and will just buy whatever comes out.

Unless of course anet decides not to put them in vendors and only do something stupid like “ascended necklaces on 36+”

How is November 15th→End of January 3 and 1/2 months? Its more like 2 months or 2 and 1/4 month.

I don’t know why, but I was thinking it came out in mid-October. Thanks for the math correction, 2 1/2 months. As Brutal points out, no matter what incentives they put in it to get people to run it again, people who didn’t grind fractals the first week still won’t be able to find groups because people like Brutal already have everything they wanted out of it and won’t be running it anyway. If there is nobody in running it, what is the point?

Isn’t another big content patch due out in January?

Got all 6 rings i wanted (2 rabid, 2 glass cannon ones, 2 for magic find), 4 fractal weps (still want the staff) and as of now i have 3.058 fractal relics. Do you think i cannot wait for this patch to come out? No. I don’t give a pew pew because even when its released what will be my goal? I have all i want/need in fotm and reaching level 50+ for absolutely ZERO reasons is a waste of time. The day they add precursors as chest drops at level 40+ or add new good looking armor/weapon skins is the day i will care about their patch.
