Hi, I just wanted to create a quick PSA.

Mark of Horror got gutted, and necro did too by extension. Anet won’t fix it, but I see a lot of people calling for MoH on a lower CD or something as an alternative.

However, no one realizes it already is.

The Sylvari racial elite “Take Root” functions as MoH but on a lower cooldown with more bleed output. The turrets last the same duration. I just wanted to make everyone aware that, while Necromancer is wrongfully gutted, there are very powerful elites still present.

A racial elite is better than class elites. lol.

I’m not. I genuinely want to see a bunch of Norns use their racial skills instead of elites. Good news is, at the rate the balance in this game is going we may end up there sooner than anticipated.
