Weren’t these things supposed to be changed with the new system where there is no instance owner?

Would be super neat for when I go on some pug adventures and get kicked for stealth skipping trash while the rest of my group dies while trying to kill it. Then I could actually see who I’ve succeeded in enraging

I think its bugged. Sometimes I see the chat after I leave sometimes I dont. Not sure about kicked though.

You’re assuming this is possible with a PUG.

They need to follow the thief. They need to not attack while in stealth. They need to not prematurely exit Shadow Refuge. They need to be close enough to smoke fields to get stealth each time they’re blasted (i.e. not run up late, or run away early) and/or help blast the field themselves.

This is well beyond the abilities of many PUGs.

In light of all the changes, maybe they really are trying to discourage as many people from running dungeons and, therefore, this is “working as intended.”

Oh I try to perform these mysterious arts of communication and teamwork by even using an utility slot up on smoke screen and linking it in party chat a few seconds before putting it down and start blasting. Sadly my wise teammates on this particular venture would rather run off blasting range to let non-leashing pathing mobs walk by than getting stealthed to speed up a trash run.

Maybe ‘PUG tactics’ are simply beyond my comprehension, who knows?

So you’re saying you got kicked after doing your part flawlessly while the rest of the group screwed up and died completely of their own accord and despite your best efforts to help them? And that everyone was clear on what the plan was, and you weren’t just doing your own thing and expecting them to follow suit? That’s why you got kicked? Astonishing!
