strength runes aren’t bad and need no skill. scholar didn’t even get buffed, kittening bs.

eagle is strength bonus but only against mobs with <50%.
I meant no skill needed because it’s a 7% modifier that’s permanently up just as long as you have even 1 stack of might.
I was wondering if the precision + ferocity of eagle compensates the straight damage modifier of strength. Not sure. Probably not. Strength on an elly? Wurf it?
well if you have any trouble with upkeeping scholar bonus strength would be the best option, and if you’re in a group that doesn’t have as many blast finishers to upkeep might it’ll be a good choice for DPS.

What about the sigils? I like the sigil of strength now that it has 60% on crit to give might, and that might can last for a long time depending of your might duration.

permanent % sigils still the best.
I really like the Rune of strength so far, one blast last the whole fight now, it used to be 5-15 seconds short on most boss but now unless its got a huge health pool, it’s perfect.
I’d like to know how Accuracy Sigil are now compared to Battle. (for day dungeon/fractal) 7% crit chance look nice now that we can’t stack accuracy.

It’s not that bad. If indeed they did fix Phantasmal Haste so it works with Wardens and Swordsmen (I haven’t tested yet) and with the Empowering/Harmonic Mantra swap, Mesmers can now go 6/4/0/0/4 when focus reflects aren’t needed, and 6/4/0/4/0 when they are needed.
94% with accuracy on my ranger… with no banner almost too much….
I really want to try strength on my elly, but who can be bothered to rebuy 6 scholar if I change my mind again —--

Phantasmal Haste is indeed fixed. But wardens are even MORE bugged than they were before the patch.

Yeah, in retrospect moving things around a bit would be possible like you say. But with the New Improved Warden Bugs, it’s just even more frustrating.

I can second that, my traited wardens can’t seem to reflect harpy arrows back to their shooter.
Or it could be that my trait bugs out on map change.
Edit: Yep, reslotted the trait and it works fine.

Soooo, the warden trait needs to be reslotted at every mapchange, that’s okay. But how about their not spinning? That’s still broken right?
The first warden I spawned bugged out, but the rest worked fine. Don’t really know the specific cause of this bug though.

Lol dub I’m the last person complaining about that, if you actually watched my solos you’d know I already use the domination line plenty :P I’m done with mesmer lupicus solos after goku’s RNG abomination, so the only thing I currently care about is whether wardens will do anything or if I can throw away my focus

Does this include pulling the golems next to the raving Asura or not?

Instead of spinning, my 3 Wardens were having a staring contest with Alphard. Feedback on CD, Curtain on CD, thief asks “should I daggerstorm?” I say “no need, just summoned my 3rd Warden.”

I’d like to encourage you to test further, perhaps in sPvP or WvW with a friend. I’ve seen projectiles being consistently reflected upwards, which still hits the target if they’re close, but will utterly miss if they move, unless they have a gigantic hitbox.

After further testing, wardens will spin if they can hit the raving asura. I assume this means that the golems are technically summons of the asura and thus suffering the bug of summoned minons. just pull the golems to the asura with TC and all is good.
