How do you get these exactly? I’m unclear about it… How do these dailies work for acquiring these? Does this mean that you can get one guaranteed relic a day, or what? I’m going to start doing fractales soon, and am worried about how difficult acquiring ascended gear is.

I really want to get these ascended rings, but I don’t have heroic WoW raid levels of devotion and time to put into this game, and I want to be able to obtain this gear as a somewhat casual player, so I’m just confused on how to get these relics, and the ascended kitten in general. Thanks!

Fractals are separated to tiers. Levels 1-9 are tier 1, 10-19 tiers 2, 20-29 tier 3 and so on. Each tier has its own daily chest which is gained when completing an even level set of 4 fractals.

You can gain multiple daily chests if you have access to several tiers since chest is tier bound. Daily chests are also character bound meaning you can get multiple tier 1 chests in a single day if you complete level 2 with multiple characters. Starting from tier 2 daily chests are guaranteed to contain one pristine fractal relic and also have a chance of containing ascended ring.

So if I’m at level 20, and do the daily chest for level 10, 12, 14, 16, and 18, I’d get a guaranteed 5 fragments, and it costs 10 to buy a ring?

You can have one chest per character per tier per day. For example, using one character: Levels 10, 12 and 14 would only yield one chest since they are from the same tier, tier 2. Doing 12 and 20 would yield 2 since they are from 2 different tiers, tiers 2 and 3. Doing 4 and 16 would yield 2 chests but only the chest from level 16 completion would have pristine relic and a chance for ascended ring since tier 1 chests don’t give those.

• lvl 20-24 = 1 chest/day/character (fractal relics + pristine relic + non infused/infused ring/weapon skin chance)
• lvl 26-28 = 1 chest/day/character (fractal relics + pristine relic +infused ring/weapon skin chance) (note that this chest is linked with the 20 – 24 chest but the diffrent levels have different loot tables)
• lvl #0-#8 = 1 chest/day/character (fractal relics + pristine relic +infused ring/weapon skin chance)

Chest is character bound, not account.

Waraxx, you’re wrong about the account thing. Daily fractal chests are per character, not per account.
