We just finished a run of AC and we couldn’t get Detha to start the event in the Hall of Champions. We cleared all the mobs ran around everywhere but we didn’t manage to get the last part of the dungeon to trigger. We had only 4 people in our squad but we had no problems spawning the other parts of the dungeon.

Is this a bug that happens often or just once in a while? It was really annoying because it was the first time we made it that far in this dungeon.

I have had something like it happen to me in AC:

Did your quest log show Kholer alive even though he was killed? If pulled wrong from his room you can not trigger his “fight” and kill him before the quest updates thus locking the entire instance from finishing.

Those are two different issues entirely. By checking Kohler’s health in the upper right you can see if his health is properly decreasing. Detha not responding seems to be fairly random.
