It’s about Cof path2 the boss fight:
Ok, I know what to do. I’ve encounter people who prefer kill the acolytes “at the same time”, and people who just “run in and kill it” on random. Both were successful, and maybe there’s 5 minute difference.
But I just met a very interesting group of people in CoF path2. Everything is smooth until the Flaming stone boss part. I’m a mesmer, and I thought people know I am not the dps type profession. Everyone just ran it start killing acolytes without a single word. Right in the middle of killing acolytes, someone yelled, “Stop killing. Wait for it. We kill it at the same time.”
So I standby, wait for that guy’s order, and start to kill it again.
Then he yelled again, “Don’t kill.” I was so confused atm, but I stopped. About 10 seconds later, I was being directly ask why I did not kill it while the “Don’t kill” was the previous message.
We started the “At the same time” again, and this time Baelfire decided to fear the heck out of me. It made me run away several times. Amazingly, no one helped me to kill acolyte. Then the leader called me a nub, and I replied,
“omg stop complaining and help me.”
Still, none came to help me even though they’ve already killed theirs. 10 seconds later, I got kicked.
At the time, the boss had less than 30% of its hp.

I find it ridiculous that people want it challenging as being hard, but still don’t have the patience for it. It’s so hard to do a decent dungeon run these days.

I’m sorry to hear about your bad experience but this is quite typical as to why you want to avoid PuG’s while doing explorable dungeons. The best way to get through the content is to try to find a steady dungeon team that help each other get through all the content and get tokens for each others gear.
